The Catago FIR-Tech LED Therapy Pad X84 puts red, near-infrared and blue light into one sealed, flexible pad that lays over a back, hip or shoulder. The LED stripes are integrated as a single unit rather than loose strips, which is what holds the illumination even across the whole surface. Wavelengths run 460nm blue, 630nm red and 850nm invisible near-infrared at 84 W total output, so skin, tissue and muscle each get light at their own working depth for regeneration, relaxation and recovery.
