One-Eyed Equine Refund & Return Policy

We want our customers to feel confident investing in quality equestrian equipment, tack, and horse care products.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Return request must be submitted within 7–30 days (based on product type)

Certain items are non-returnable for health, safety, or customization reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Custom tack or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Health, grooming, and safety products

  • Any product not returned in sellable condition


High-Ticket Return Policy

Because many equestrian items are specialty-manufactured:

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Return approval is required before sending products back

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


Refunds

Once inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us promptly

  • Provide order number and photos
    We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing and fulfillment begins. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
