  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Processing time generally ranges from 1–5 business days

  • High-ticket and specialty equestrian items may require additional handling time

Estimated shipping windows:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 7–21 business days

  • High-ticket / specialty equipment: May take longer depending on supplier logistics

We will always work to get your equestrian products to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be emailed to you.


Delays

Shipping delays can result from:

Lost or Damaged Packages
