  3. The listing must be live — screenshots are not accepted.

  4. Our team will verify the claim and respond with next steps.

  5. Once approved, you’ll receive either a discounted checkout link or a refund difference.

To ensure fairness and consistency, all price beat requests must meet the following criteria:

  1. Item must be identical (same brand, model, size, and color).

  2. Product must be brand new and factory sealed.

  3. Price must be displayed in USD.

  4. Applies to product cost only (excludes shipping, taxes, and handling).

  5. Competing store must be an authorized retailer for the product brand.

  6. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

  7. Does not apply to:

    • Refurbished, open-box, or used items
