Catago FIR-Tech Blanket

Catago's FIR-Tech blanket is a therapy rug built around far infrared heat. The lining is woven with ceramic particles that capture the horse's own body heat and reflect it back as infrared radiation, which penetrates the tissue, widens blood vessels and increases circulation and oxygen supply. Combined with a Synthermax fibrefill back plate, that double action warms muscles, tendons and joints before and after turnout, training or competition. It earns its place in a horse care routine for older horses, horses with joint or tendon trouble, and any horse that needs tense muscles loosened or recovery time shortened. The ceramic effect holds up through repeated washing.
