Ballen boots are weighted fetlock boots used in gait training, and the Catago Ballen boots are a trainer's toolkit in one product: four weights let you fine-tune how much action you ask for while you train and support all the gaits. Icelandic horse riders reach for them when working on tolt balance and lift, adjusting weight up or down as the horse develops. The weighting contains no harmful lead, and the boots are sold in pairs.
